Job: Tree and Shrub Sales Associate

We are looking for service minded staff members with a fun and positive attitude. The position can be full time or part time seasonal.

General Duties, expectations, and responsibilities:

• A general knowledge of trees and shrubs.
• To assist and interact with customers with a friendly service minded attitude.
• Ensure that the customer has a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
• Conduct plant maintenance including watering, dead heading, pruning, and displaying.
• Assist in the loading and unloading plant deliveries.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be available at least one weekend day weekly.
• Have a willingness to work in all weather conditions.
