Job Information

Our office is a fast-paced environment therefore attention to detail is a must as well as the ability to multitask. This position also requires exceptional customer service and strong telephone skills. You need to be organized and possess basic computer skills. Knowledge of Point-of -Sale systems(s) a plus. If you have strong communication skills along with a friendly, self-motivated, upbeat personality you will fit right in.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Entering financial transactions in database
  • Organizing financial reports
  • Counter sales
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Filing and data entry
  • Track and maintain inventory control
  • Organize office operations and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel and Word
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Great interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer applications
